How do you reconnect a banking institution when it has been deleted?
It is possible that one of your institutions already integrated is no longer available in the application. You must therefore add it again by following the steps below:
- Go to the My finances tab. Then click on the white space to access the financial institution in question.
- You can then click on the delete icon on the top right and then click on Yes when the confirmation message appears. That's it! Your institution, along with your banking information, is now deleted.
- Then reconnect to the financial institution by clicking on the + icon. You will be redirected to the Choose an institution screen where you will have access to the English interface of the institution concerned.
That's it! Your institution is connected again and the synchronization will take care of itself!
