How long does it take for Kaira to connect to my bank account? What if it doesn’t work?

Connecting to the bank account can take up to 5 minutes.  

Synchronizing banking transactions can take up to 4 hours.  

If the connection or the synchronization takes longer than this or does not work, it’s important to flag this using these steps:  

My Finances tab/Financial Institution section/Edit/Report a problem.  

Select:  

• The bank for which the problem occurred 
• The nature of the problem
